Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days. During high-volume releases or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Times (Estimated):

  • Canada & USA: 3–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
    Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, holidays, or customs.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly if any issues arise.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your order! If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of deodorant marks, makeup, stains, or pet hair

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery (choose your preferred window)

Items that appear worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Stickers, patches, pins

  • Accessories

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Limited-edition drops (optional—let me know if you want this added)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure your return is packaged securely—we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability.
